Restaurant installation up for an award

Solid Surface Products has recently been involved in the fitout of a prestigious new restaurant and which is now up for an internationl design award

Steak of the Art, which is located at Harbourside, Bristol will now have to wait until September to see if it will scoop the gong in the Standalone Restaurant category of the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards at a glittering ceremony that will include the world’s best designers, architects, lighting designers and hospitality operators.

The brainchild of classically trained chef and entrepreneur Steve Bowen, Steak of the Art, which was designed by James Blinkhorn, opened last autumn and has established itself as being one of the city’s best new places to eat.

Solid Surface Products manufactured and installed some stunning features for the bathrooms including some stunning backlit pillars which create an atmospheric backdrop as well as ambient lighting for the bathrooms. Please check out our Gallery for more shots.
